However, the services and capabilities that Formhalls deliver are much more than this, with many high profile and prestigious engine restoration projects being entrusted to Formhalls which encompass other key disciplines. In short, Formhalls is much more than a bearings or restoration specialist.

Whilst tradition, skill and experience remain at the core of everything we do, this can be greatly enhanced with the application of modern technology, particularly in relation to machine-based processes. Therefore, over the past few months, we have significantly upgraded our machining facilities with the introduction of cutting-edge CNC technology here at Downton. This not only enhances our overall capacity, but also dramatically improves precision and accuracy across our machining processes. As a result, the Formhalls team is now able to deliver high-quality, reliable work with faster turnaround times—ensuring we remain both responsive and competitively positioned in a demanding industry.
